Il est possible de reporter une formation à une date ultérieure sans aucun frais supplémentaire en nous contactant au moins trois (3) jours ouvrables avant le début de la formation sans quoi vous devez repayer votre formation au complet. Toute personne qui ne se présente pas à une formation doit repayer son cours. Toute formation est sujet à confirmation et peut être annulée à 3 jours d’avis. Aucun remboursement disponible, crédit ou échange seulement.

It is always possible to postpone scheduled training sessions to a later date at no charge by notifying us at least three (3) business days prior training session start date. If not, registrants will be charged the full cost of the course. Registrants who fail to attend schedule class will be charged the full cost of the course. All courses are subject to confirmation and can be cancelled on three (3) days notice. No refund is available on our products and courses, credit or exchange only.
